This page describes the current privacy posture for ListingForge during the limited-access phase.
Information we collect
ListingForge may collect account details, connected marketplace or product-platform data, uploaded product imagery, and service logs needed to operate the product.
We limit collection to the information reasonably required to provide the requested workflow features and support the service.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare product drafts, organize assets, support connected workflow features, maintain service reliability, and respond to support requests.
ListingForge is not intended to use Etsy API data for competitor research, scraping, analytics products, or AI model training.
Storage and third parties
ListingForge may rely on service providers for authentication, hosting, database storage, and object storage. Connected platform data is accessed only through user authorization and only for the functions the user enables.
Where third-party services are used to support the product, they are used as infrastructure providers rather than independent recipients of shop or listing data for unrelated commercial purposes.
Retention and deletion
We intend to retain data only for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain service integrity.
Sellers may request account or data deletion by contacting the ListingForge team.
