These terms describe the current service scope for ListingForge during the limited-access phase.
Service scope
ListingForge is an independent software product designed to support creative operations, asset organization, product draft preparation, and connected listing workflow.
The service is currently offered in a limited-access phase while integrations and workflow details continue to be refined.
Account and shop responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they submit, the listings they publish, and their compliance with marketplace policies, intellectual property obligations, and any production-partner disclosure requirements.
ListingForge does not take ownership of a seller's shop, designs, or customer relationships.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to scrape platforms, impersonate marketplaces, misrepresent platform relationships, or process data in ways that violate platform terms, law, or the rights of others.
We may suspend or remove access where use appears abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the intended product scope.
Third-party platforms
Some ListingForge features depend on third-party services and APIs, including Printify, Etsy, and related production-partner tooling. Those services remain subject to their own terms, availability, and technical limits.
Changes made by third-party platforms may affect feature availability without prior notice.
Availability and changes
ListingForge may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the limited-access period.
